Milan – FENDI celebrates the return of the Salone del Mobile, with the FENDI Bar, a temporary opening reinterpreting the iconic FENDI Caffè. Located at the heart of the city, in the characteristic courtyard of the FENDI boutique in Via Montenapoleone 3, it will be open to the public from 7th June to 12th June 2022.

Interior & Exterior

Recalling the atmosphere of the more extensive takeovers of the FENDI Caffè, the concept of the FENDI Bar is inspired by the iconic FENDI codes, featuring a strong mix and match interpretation of the O’Lock logo, together with the Pequin stripes and iconic FENDI yellow.

The exterior is in light, natural wood laser patterned with interlacing O’Lock logos, just like the white and beige wallpaper. The squared structure is overlooked by a FENDI Bar sign in red neon and a striped yellow and beige Pequin sun awning, overlayed by a FENDI Roma logo. Glossy FENDI yellow dominates the counter and stools, toned down by a brown wood Pequin flooring.

Combining FENDI’s signatures with the most Italian ritual of all, the caffè, FF logo coffee and cappuccino will be served in white porcelain cups with interlacing FENDI O’Lock logo, an exclusive preview of the FENDI Art de la Table collection that will be fully launched in October 2022. On the menu, sweet and savoury treats for breakfast, to be accompanied by fresh-squeezed juices and extracts. Light lunch proposals and an evening aperitivo menu will also be offered, to taste in one of the 12 spots, interior or open-air.

An oval leather vide-poche from the FENDI Accessories collection featuring the O’Lock logo in bicolour yellow and honey brown shades – recalling FENDI’s dualism and signature colours – will be available for sale in two sizes at the FENDI Bar, along with a special selection of coffees and the very famous cremino FIAT chocolates, in special FENDI packaging and realised in collaboration with Majani, recalling FENDI’s Pequin stripes.
